Voice Analysis And Vibrational Sound Therapy

Did you know that your thoughts and emotions have a huge impact on your health?

Did you also know that your voice is an expression of your soul, and as such, it can provide insights into your mental and physical health?

How about if I told you that by recording and analysing your voice and then introducing specific frequencies into your body, balance and harmony could be restored and your overall health and wellbeing could be greatly improved?

Well, all that is true.

We all notice the change in someone’s voice when they’re feeling sad and miserable compared to when they’re feeling happy and upbeat. That’s because everyone has an individual voice pattern.

Illness in the body or mind creates different sounding voice patterns and to someone who knows how to analyse voice patterns, finding a problem and a solution is easy……and this is where Sound Therapy comes in.

What is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy is a holistic healing modality that utilises sound and vibration to bring about profound changes in both the body and mind.

Everything in the universe vibrates, from the chair you sit on, the cup you drink from and even us as humans. These vibrations create sound and all sounds have a frequency. We are all made up of millions of frequencies and our bodies are making inaudible sounds all the time. You may not hear it, but the body registers everything.

Think about this:

Every chemical you eat, whether by choice or mistake, has its own frequency. Every thought you think and every emotion you feel has its own frequency.

Every part of us that makes us human has its own unique frequency in the body. Every cell, muscle, nerve, ligament, vertebrae, organ, and system such as digestive, respiratory, endocrine and circulatory all have their own frequency, their own governing place in the scale of musical notes.

Even things outside of you such as your relationships, your work situation and the environment all have an impact on your overall frequency, for better or worse.

The note of C# for example governs fertility, inflammation in the joints and tendons and much more. Women that can’t get pregnant usually don’t have enough C# in their body. People with arthritis usually have too much C#. By balancing the note of C# in each case, the infertility issue is usually resolved and the pain of the arthritis is reduced.

When we are healthy and happy our cells are vibrating at their optimum frequency and when we experience stress, trauma or anxiety our cells start to vibrate at a different frequency and over time this can lead to sickness and disease (dis-ease).

Voice Analysis

Our voices carry information about our physical and emotional state.

Advances in technology have made it easier than ever to analyse the voice and identify specific frequencies that may be missing or low. By using voice analysis software, sound therapists can identify imbalances and create customised sound therapy programs for their clients. This means that individuals can receive targeted sound therapy that addresses their specific needs, leading to more effective healing.

What does it involve?

The client first completes a health questionnaire detailing their physical and emotional history and any medication they may be taking. They also provide the date, time and place of their birth, as well as the birthdates of their parents, partners, and children. (These all play an important part in the overall analysis).

The Sound Therapist then records the client’s voice and the computer software analyses it and produces a graphical representation of any imbalances (as illustrated below).

When recording the voice, the computer software is accurately measuring the emotions, frequencies and tone in the voice. (Each note represents something specific on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level).

When the client talks about different things, these subtle tones are sorted into musical notes displayed as numbers and also as a coloured bar graph like this one.

This particular voice graph shows imbalances in the client’s notes of C, C#, D, A# and B which are the highest and the low notes of D through to A.

The next step is for the client to receive the frequencies that are low or missing in their voice graph.

This can be done either by lying on a specially designed sound bed (as illustrated), or via a set of headphones.

The client may experience tingling sensations in various parts of the body, there may be an emotional release such as laughter or tears, many find it easier to breathe, some have strong visual images, vivid memories or colours appear and for others their back and spine feel much stronger.

Based on the client's various reactions to the frequencies, the therapist will make a further assessment and give them a set of frequencies to listen to for a period of time. This allows the brain and body to integrate the sounds and for the client to start producing them naturally.

Voice analysis is a valuable tool in sound therapy that can provide insights into an individual's emotional and physical health. With its numerous benefits, sound therapy is a promising form of complementary therapy that can improve quality of life for many people.
